Jayce and the Scriptures?

Well, I'm not sure Jayce listens to anything we read every night, but we do get his attention when there's a picture of a thunderstorm. Jayce loves rainstorms... so I know he heard the lessons about Noah's Ark, the plagues of Egypt, and Jonah and the whale, 3 stories depicted with rainstorms!! He regularly prays for rainstorms, or at least says 'thank you for rainstorms' which must be getting heard, since we've finally started having mini-rains almost daily for the past 2 weeks. We're still not out of severe drought conditions - NO WATERING ALLOWED, but the small rains are helping.

Jayce always makes us laugh when he's praying. He hasn't figured out how to close his eyes yet, but if you ask him to he makes this funny face while trying. He says a prayer, and usually says thank you for mommy, daddy, jaeden and jayce while pointing to each of us during the prayer. He also frequently says 'Jaeden behave' which I frequently mention in my prayers for them to behave. but Jaeden does not like it when Jayce says it all the time!
